On 5 May 2025, the European Commission approved a delegated regulation-C(2025)2567 to add restriction of 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4,6- ditertpentylphenol (UV-328) under Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants (POPs). The delegated regulation will be published on the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) and will enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
