On 19 February 2016, Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) begins to collect information of reproductive harm off our substances including PFOA to prepare hazard identification documents, which will be used to judge whether to include them into Proposition 65.

The publication of this notice marks the start of a 45-day data call-in period,end ing on Monday, April4, 2016.  Once the above substances are included in the list of Prop 65, manufacturers and suppliers shall bear corresponding liabilities and obligations under Prop 65.
