The Consumer Product Safety (CPSC) announces that the Commission has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for extension of approval of a collection of information associated with the Standard for the Flammability of Children’s Sleepwear: Sizes 0 Through 6X (16 CFR part 1615); and the Standard for the Flammability of Children’s Sleepwear: Sizes 7 Through 14 (16 CFR part 1616) on Feb22, 2016.
Approved previously under OMB Control No. 3041–0027, in the Federal Register of November 25, 2015 (80 FR 73737), the CPSC published a notice to announce the agency’s intention to seek extension of approval of the collectionof information. The Commission received no comments. Therefore, by publication of this notice, the Commission announces that CPSC has submitted to the OMB are quest for extension of approval of that collection of information from Jan 25, 2016 to Mar 23, 2016 without change.
Children’s sleepwear means any products of wearing apparel up to and including size 14, such as nightgowns, pajamas, or similar or related items, such as robes, intended to be worn primarily for sleeping or activities related to sleeping.
