According the NO.2 Announcement which published by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China in January 6, 2016, product with USB charging port must be complied with CCC, details are as followings:

1. Adapters of IT and AV equipment (including charger / discharger) have already been in Mandatory Certification List.

2. Household and similar equipment, lighting electrical appliances and sockets (for domestic and similar purposes) whose adaptor are similar as adaptors for IT or AV equipment, at the same time they have appropriate charging port (such as USB charging port etc.), they must meet both the implementation details for compulsory certification of Household and Similar Use Appliance and IT or AV products. 

3. Given that the above mentioned multi-function products are new products and currently certification bodies, quality inspection departments and manufacturer have very little knowledge for this kind of products, multi-function products which have already meet the implementation details for compulsory certification of Household and Similar Use Appliacnes nust also meet the omplemetnation details for compulsory certification of IT or AV products before December 31, 2016. From January 1, 2017, the above-described multi-function products shall not be manufactured, sold, imported or used without CCC certification in China.
