BACL Suggestion

According to the RAPEX Statistics, apparently, toy is the most frequently notified product category of all notifications. Choking is obviously the most frequently notified risk category for toys. Insomuch that any toy’s manufacturer, importer and distributor should pay close attention to the safety of toys through toys laws and standards. Manufacturer should take measures in advance at every stage to meet the requirement of EU toys regulation and customers, such as structure design without small parts, sharp points and edges, raw material without hazardous substance and so on. In order to ensure all products transported to the European Union are safe, the toy should be submitted to the authorized and professional third part laboratories to verify EU toys safety requirements before transported to EU countries.
