NRCan is the Canadian Ministry of Natural Resources, which administers Canada’s Energy Efficiency Act ( Act) and Energy Efficiency Regulations . It is a mandatory energy efficiency certification for household appliances, commercial refrigeration equipment, electronic products (battery chargers, compact audio products, external power supplies, televisions, video products), heating and air conditioning equipment, industrial/commercial equipment, lighting products, water heater products.
