On March 9, 2021, SIRIM in partnership with Lazada Malaysia rolled up a SIRIM Trusted Mark Scheme for certified communication, multimedia and hybrid products.

To summarize it:

1. Goal: To award/recognize/certify the trusted company that sell and/or supply product on e-Commerce platform.

2. Main benefits:

• Trusted mark can give reassurance to buyer;

• As a proof that the product is original because it goes through Type Approval Certification Scheme;

• Improve brand awareness and gain advantage from parallel importers.
