VN/ViệtnamRecently, the Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality organization (SASO) postponed the enforcement of the regulations of uploading the registered product's images.
The original regulations are as follows：
The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality organization Announces that, it will be mandatory to upload product’s images on SABER platform, in completion of the requirements for registering all the products data starting from March 15, 2020.
Image must be as follows:
• A clear image of the product label
• A clear image of the product barcode / QR code
• An image shows the identity and the shape of the product, and an image of each model (if any)
• An image of the trademark
• An image of energy efficiency label (if have)
These requirements have been postponed and the implementation of the restoration will be subject to SASO's further notification.
