VN/ViệtnamBIS released the new gazette notification onmandatory requirements for ISI on PLUG and Socket as per IS 1293 on 4th December, 2019.
• This will be mandate start from1st of June 2020.
• Please note that currentstandard of plug is IS 1293:2005.
• And after 25th July 2020 it will be updated to IS 1293:2019.
• After 25th July 2020, no registration shall be granted for IS 1293:2005.
