On October 9th, 2019, EPA of U.S.A officially informs that EPA will apply new registration platform. This new platform will replace the current My Energy Star Account(MESA)。

Detail information：

1. By October 18th 2019, all the registered accounts will receive an email from @noreply@energystar.gov, informing you that the current accounts cannot be used in the new platform and need to set up accounts in the new My Energy Star Account (MESA).

2. EPA will send the new credentials and inform you to use the new platform. For Commercial & Industrial partners, the user name and the password of My ENERGY STAR Account is different from that of Portfolio Manager accounts.

3. EPA emphasizes: The current account registration webpage will no longer be available since October 10th, 2019.

The new Energy Star Account platform change will affect all Energy Star stakeholders, including manufactures, applicants, distributors, test labs, self-owned test labs and third party test labs, C&I partners, stakeholder service organizations, Public institutions, etc. We hope all the stakeholders pay attention to your emails and complete the new account registration in time to avoid any inconvenience.
