Recalls of Food Contact Materials in August 2019

In August 2019, 22 cases of food contact materials were recalled in the major global market, 13 of them came from China. The recalled products mainly involved excessive of overall migration, primary aromatic amines migration, melamine migration, formaldehyde migration, benzophenone migration and 4-methylbenzophenone, heavy metal migration and deterioration of organoleptic characteristics.
