On July 19, 2019, Indonesia's SDPPI (Decree of the Director General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology) promulgated Regulation No. 159, which fully accepts CE reports issued by overseas SDPPI accredited laboratories for SDPPI certification.

For HKT (PesawatTeleponSeluler mobile phone, KomputerGenggam laptop, Komputer Tablet tablet) products, SDPPI only accepted CE reports issued by overseas SDPPI accredited laboratories for SDPPI approval before.

2. Overseas laboratory accredited by ADPPI should meet the requirements as below :

1）Able to test wireless and telecom products in accordance with the equivalent regulations of Indonesia or othercountries

2）The laboratory meets the requirements of the accreditation body according to ISO/IEC 17025 under the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Agreement (APLAC-MRA) or the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Agreement (ILAC-MRA) system.

3）Requires at least 2 accreditations from other countries or certifications from international agencies or other national telecommunications regulators

3. Validity: The regulations was put into practice on July 22, 2019, the validity is 6 months.
