On 12 June 2019, The EU has published Regulation （EU）2019/957in its Official Gazette, amending Annex XVII to REACH. The regulation adds the restriction of TDFAs in item 73 of REACH annex XVII and adds TDFAs to the list of REACH restrictions. The regulations will come into force 20 days after the publication of the Official Gazette. 

In Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, the following entry is added:
