Recall Cases of toys in May 2019

In May 2019, there were total 27 recall cases on toys in the major global markets. All these recalls were published at the European Commission Rapid Alert System (RAPEX). No recall released in the America, Australia and Canada.

 

The potential danger of these recalled toys mainly came from the restricted chemicals that may have effects on health and intelligence development, and small parts which may lead to choking. The map as below:

Small parts, strangulation, chemical such as phthalate, AZO, SCCPs, PAHs, total lead, cadmium are all high risk items of children product.
