ANATEL Published on 28th of Feb of 2019 the ANATEL act n° 1.379/2019 that make some changes at the Act. 14448/2017. The new Act 1.379 only changes the items 6.2.5, 13.1 e 13.1.1 of the Annex I of the Act. 14.4448/2017.

The summary of the changes are:

★ At the item 6.2.5, the limitation of the periodic transmitting period was increased from 1 to 2 seconds per hour;

★ At the item 13.1 and 13.1.1, the limits of the fundamental field strength was updated for RFID operating at the range of 13,41 to 14,01 MHz (Table V).
