On March 13, 2019, TEC (Telecommunication Engineering Center) has released an official MoM (Circular No. TEC/10/2018-TC) on extension of Mandatory Testing & certification of Telecom Equipment (MTCTE) implementation date till 1st August 2019. 

The notification date for in-country MTCTE has been postponed to 1st August 2019 for ALL categories of telecom equipment .
