On 15 January 2019,ECHA has added 6 new substances to the SVHC List due to the carcinogenic,toxic to reproduction, persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) and very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB) and endocrine-disrupting properties of the substances. The Candidate List of substances of very high concern (SVHCs) list now contains 197 substances.

The six added substances of the SVHC list are as follows:
