In September 2018, there were 3 recalls of footwear products in European Union, USA, Canada and Australia, 1 of them came from China. Two of the recalls caused by the restricted chemicals that harmful to health and the other due to the heel cleat on boots can release from the binding unexpectedly, posing a fall hazard to the user.
