Since February 1, 2019, certification bodies will be instructed to stop new products’ 2.1 version certification submission, while the products having got the certification of version 2.0/2.1 shall be valid till June 17, 2019. Compared to version 2.1, version 3 (final version) mainly includes the following key changes:
1. The definition of“Network Equipment”was changed to“Large Network Equipment”:

2. The definition of "APAs" became to include the expanded and integrated APA:

3. As for shared attribute of series models, the clause C was updated:

4. The requirements of test configuration for series models were updated:
For low-end performance configurations, the storage capacity shall be included and its value should be no less than the product of DIMM slots number and the minimum DIMM specification;
For high-end performance configurations, the storage capacity shall be included and its value should be no less than the result of the following equation

For a typical configuration, the storage capacity shall be included and its value should be no less than the result of the following equation

5. Computer Servers shipped with Integrated APAs shall be excluded from the application scope
6. The definition of“Network Equipment” out of the application scope was updated to“Large Network Equipment”
7. The efficiency requirements and the power factor requirements of Computer Servers were improved

8: Energy efficiency requirements in Active state mode were proposed: the energy efficiency value calculated according to the following equation shall be no less than the minimum one in table 3

9: Equation 7 was added to calculate the Effi:

10. The energy efficiency requirements of Idle state mode were removed, but it still needs to be tested and reported
11. The requirement that is the maximum power consumption of each installed APA in Idle State mode shall be removed.
12. As for the computer servers sold with APAs(Auxiliary Processing Accelerators),APAs are not required when testing in the Active State and Idle State mode.
