1. KC ID code is simplified deleting testing field part and applicant type part and adding the application type of several applicants sharing one test report

2）The comparison of original and new composition method of KC ID is as below

3）Date of Enforcement: This notification shall take effect on the date of notification, July 31, 2018, the date when RRA released the certificates using the new composition method of KC ID

4） Transition period：The old KC ID can be displayed until June 30, 2019.

2. Same equipment : equipment type, model name, manufacturer, manufacturing country, electric circuit, components, construction, function, external enclosure and so on are same as previously approved equipment.

3. One test report is possible to be issued to each applicant when two or more applicants apply for the test at the same time. But only the domestic company is available at the time of application of the RRA.In case of overseas company, it is not available at present.

4. Testing procedure for previously approved imported equipment is omitted as same equipment in case certificate holder agree

5. New test procedure in customs clearance step for previously approved imported equipments are made

6. Some wireless equipments for certificate are changed for registration used in industrial area for manufacture or production process

7. Electric bicycle’s category is changed to new one from housel hold category to electric motor devices(eg electric scooters) and electric bicycles
