D+R International has officially announced the new subscription service for LED Lighting Facts program：

On May 31, 2018, D+R International mail officially announced the detailed requirements and implementation date of subscription service for LED Lighting Facts program, as follows：

1. Requirements for Testing Laboratory：

a. June 11- Testing Laboratories will be able to register to be listed on the new Approved Lab list with the LED Lighting Facts program. To be added to this new list, labs must sign up for the program and pay an annual fee of $900. The nominal subscription fee will cover the program costs to validate testing lab facility accreditation credentials and maintenance of the Approved Lab List;

b. Any new products submitted on or after June 11 will need to have test reports from testing labs that are on the Approved Lab list, as of posting on June 11, when the new lab subscription service begins;

c. Any new products approved for listing with LED Lighting Facts prior to June 18, 2018 will not be subject to the subscription fee. 

2. Manufacturer's Requirements：

a. Before you submit new products, check with your testing lab to know if they are planning to participate on the Approved Lab list when the lab subscription service opens on June 11;

b. Starting June 18th，Manufacturers who want to continue listing new products and access labels will need to do so via a listing maintenance subscription fee with graduating pricing levels and monthly or annual pre-payment options;

c. The product listing maintenance subscriptions are based on the cumulative number of products that are added to a manufacturer’s account over time. Monthly subscribers who sign up in June will not be invoiced until August 1, based on the number of approved products listed at the end of July. Pre-Pay subscribers: manufacturers who chose to Pre-Pay will have twelve months of product submissions for the price of 11 months, with a savings of one month.
