In Dec. 2017, 71 recall cases related to textile and clothing products are counted up from the USA, Canada, EU and Australia market, while 37 of them are related to China. The main problems of recall are as follows: the drawstrings of the clothes, which can become trapped during various activities of a child and lead to injuries or strangulation; the small part of the clothes which may cause choking; gloves with excess Cr (VI); table cloth with the excess SCCP and cadmium; sweatshirts, feather boas and kid’s pajamas have a risk of burn injuries.

Given the recall cases of textile and clothing products, we advised manufacturer to take measures in advance at every stage to meet the requirement of regulation and customers, such as raw material without hazardous substance.
