On 29th April 2016, “BACL –FORTUNE DYNAMIC 2016”organized by world’s leading professional testing and certification body BACL was held at HJ International Hotel, Houjie Town, Dongguan City. The session aimed at analyzing the new technical regulations for manufactures, hence better regulated the restricted substances in footwear and raw materials.

Over a hundred guests near 50 companies attended the session, no seat is vacant in the session. At the beginning, BACL GM Lola Wang had a detailed introduction to BACL’s experience and services and then she highlighted the American regulations, including: USA CPSIA regulations and its requirements, California Proposition 65 and its requirements, exemption and violation cases. Also, she listed several examples to illustrate how to avoid risks and lower the export cost.

Currently, global economy is facing downward pressure, China manufacturing field is transferring from low cost to innovation-driven. Improving quality, competitive is the target of companies. According to the statistics, recall cases of products exported from China is rising. Regard on this, BACL footwear senior engineer Len Xie analyzed the recall and punishment cases in California in 2015, and provided corresponding solutions. Through the specific cases, attendees have a solid understanding to the classification & management of footwear raw materials, and the contamination & control in processing of finished products.

At the Q & A part, BACL experts were trying to leave nothing unsaid about all the useful information to JPO and manufactures, and attendees were very active to ask questions and listened carefully. The session was high appraised by attendees unanimously and strengthened the cooperation between BACL and FORTUNE.
