March 24, 2016, BACL successfully passed the audit and approved by EMSD for Recognized Certification Bodies (RCBs) for Electrical Products. The honor means that the test report and certificate issued by BACL can be accepted by Hong Kong government directly. Thus, we can assure your products smoothly enter into and sold in Hong Kong market.

The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) Electrical Products (Safety) Regulation went into force on 1 December, 2000. It required that all the products mention in the ordinance or not must be certified by RCB before entering into Hong Kong market. The Certification includes test report issued by RCB and certificate.
