FCC issued No:DA 22-508announcement that FCC will decommission the legacy Commission Registration System (legacy CORES) on July 15, 2022. The updated version of CORES (CORES2) will remain available. The main difference isthat the updated version of CORES (CORES2) needs annual fees.

The main changes as below：

1. The user must register a new account with a unique user name(Registered with a valid email address as an account name) and password.

2. After registration, the user can handle the account as below:

3. The user can continue to use the FRN in the old system, but FCC encourages the user to register the new account in the new system and the new account associates with the account in the old FRN before July 15th.

4. After July 15thit will need annual fee and the amount is to be determined.

Users who pay for related transactions are required to pay annual regulatory fees. Viewing red light status detail, paying for Universal Licensing System (ULS) fees, and completingpayments on any remittances awaiting payment completion for all FCC filings and fees will need to use a username with a password in FRN and CORES2 username association. These transactions are authorized according to the following schedule, and the timing of the system transition of the relevant FCC payment transactions is as follows:

• The timing for payment transaction will shift to CORES2 system as below:

• Annual regulatory fees：July 15th 2022

• Deactivated status detail checking: August 5 2022

• Universal Licensing System Payment：August 26 2022

• Application fee payment：November 18 2022

There is only one month left until the old system shuts down, so the companies which have exporting businesses to the United States need to register a new account as soon as possible to connect with the old company account number and code. Otherwise, the ID perhaps cannot be uploaded after August.
