On June 12, 2017, one of most influential and comprehensive global Fair in lighting industry --- the 22nd Guangzhou International Lighting Fair was successfully held in China Import and Export Complex Expo (Guangzhou Convention & Exhibition Centre)! BACL, as the world's leading lighting product testing and certification experts and equipment suppliers, was invited to attend the exhibition to provide a full range of testing and certification solutions on site for the lighting manufacturer, distributors, factories, etc. The Kilowatt-class, high-power K-COB LM-80 which was designed and produced by BACL and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was first published on the Fair. It is stunning and attracts the exhibitor and visitor’s focus and amazes them, and win highly praises, this Fair was fully success for BACL!

During the Fair, a series of high-end testing equipment was demonstrated, such as Rapid Temperature Change Machine, Constant Temperature and Humidity Machine, Hot and Cold Impact Machine. They attracted a lot of domestic and foreign manufacturers. Especially the third generation of LED COB LM-80 Ultra-high-power aging test equipment, it successfully breaks the ultra-high-power COB LM-80 testing technical barriers, refreshes the new record of the testing equipment technology and make BACL to become the first accredited lab in the world who can test more than 600W high-power COB. The progress is a great milestone of BACL testing equipment development.

BACL’s third generation LED LM-80 automatic ultra-high power life aging test Equipment is upgraded base on second-generation liquid temperature control LED aging equipment. It is specially designed for the LED optics in the high-power LED COB LM-80 aging test. The testing system of the equipment’s core technology is its precision semiconductor temperature automatic control module. The precision temperature control platform of the system has registered patents in both USA and China. The system can test an up to 800W single module. The Equipment’s advantage is high reliability, long life, high precision, stable and easy operation, and good compatibility. Its test capacity is greatly increased.  It can test a full range of products from low power to high power and support up to thousands of small power LEDs at the same time.  This is a precedent for the industry and welcome by the many manufacturers as soon as it was launched.
