China RoHS 2 was published on January 1, 2016, and will goes into effect on July 1, 2016, and on May 16, 2016, The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has published a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document on China RoHS 2, the Administrative Measures for the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic (EE) products.
There are five parts in this document, and currently only available in Chinese, as below:
