VN/ViệtnamOn 25 February, 2016, NTRA updated the procedures for Mobile Phones and tablets (with 2G/3G/4G).
Date of Implementation:
The updated procedures are intended to be applied starting from 1st April, 2016.
Main Updates:
1. Local inspection for WWAN conducted samples will be a must after issuance of Verification of Compliance (VoC) for a new model and before making any shipments of it. NTRA accredited labs would be requested not to start issuance of Pre-Shipment VoC's for the new model till receiving our confirmation that the model samples have passed their local test and conformed VoC and related documents are OK.
2. NTRA has updated item 5.2.10 in PVoC procedure to include latest requirements regarding information to be labeled or printed on the product. The following form shows the label requirement.
