SASO: 198 products need MIM approval prior to SC!

SASO has updated the list of products for which importers must submit declaration certificate approved by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources(MIM) when applying for shipment certificate. Starting from June 18th, 2026, product included in the new added list must obtain declaration certificate from the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources before applying for shipment certificate, otherwise SCoC application will not be approved. The validity period of the Ministry’s approval declaration is 60 days; expired declarations are not acceptable.
