SASO issued a notice that products subject to the listed technical regulations shall comply with the requirements of the labeling information related to the inclusion of the supplier’s name (Importer or local manufacturer) and the commercial registration number on the product, in accordance with the relevant technical regulations. This shall apply effective from 01/10/2026, and no Certificate of Conformity shall be issued for any product that does not comply with this requirement after this date.

SASO will conduct random sampling and review of technical files through the SABER electronic platform for the covered products in order to verify compliance with this requirement and to ensure the extent of adherence by the CBs to the provisions of this circular.
