On September 25, 2025, the European Commission has approved and published Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1930 to amend EU Persistent organic Pollutants (POPs) Regulation (EU) 2019/1021. A new entry of Dechlorane Plus is added in Part A of Annex I to the POPs Regulation. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
