Recently, at the 11th annual meeting held in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality organization (SASO) issued an important notice on customs clearance of goods:

Saudi Arabia has updated the customs clearance process, which is mainly related to linking imported goods to the PCOC and SCOC certificates obtained on the Saber platform.

From January 1, 2025, any product that has not obtained the PCOC and SCOC certificates will not be able to be successfully cleared and imported into Saudi Arabia.
