In addition to GSO previous circular dated 2024/07/27 (Reference Number: 2024/06), additional updates have been implemented on the platform as of 2024/08/07.

Additional updates are as follows:

1. Automatic Status Change for Certificates

a) Automatic Status Change for Certificates: Stop Terminating Certificates Due to Standard Expiry Date: Certificates will no longer be automatically terminated based on the standard expiry date.

b) Include Suspended Certificates in the Dashboard: Suspended certificates will now be included in the “Waiting GSO Action” section of the dashboard.

Notified Bodies can view these certificates by filtering the status as "Suspended" and the stage as "Waiting for GSO Action" in the certificates list.

2. Undo Action

Undo function to bring the status back to the previous one is only available for manually suspended, withdrawn or terminated certificates. It is mandatory to add reasons for the undo action.

If the certificate was suspended manually and then manually terminated or withdrawn, the undo action will keep the certificate suspended.

3. Actions on certificates:

The rules governing which actions are allowed on certificates is each status has been reviewed. Important changes include:

a) Terminated certificate cannot be edited (revised).

b) Auto suspended certificates can be edited to run the approval process again.

c) Request to delay image publishing is available only on published certificates.
