The IFT will receive comments, opinions and contributions from any person (physical or legal entity) on “Preliminary Draft Agreement through which the Plenary Session of the Federal Telecommunications Institute approves the proposal to change frequency bands aimed at natural or legal persons, who are holders of rights over the use, exploitation and/or exploitation of the frequencies 162,400 MHz, 162,425 MHz, 162,450 MHz, 162,475 MHz, 162,500 MHz, 162,525 MHz and 162,550 MHz”

The main objectives of the Preliminary Project consist of:

3)     promote conditions so that the general public has access to early warnings in emergency situations at the national, regional and/or local level.

4)     promote the efficient use of the radio spectrum。
