Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in Argentina published Resolución 1134/2023 on August 18, 2023, expanding band allocation for Level Probing Radars (LPR), which are now allowed in the 76-81 GHz frequency band. The Resolución includes technical standard ENACOM-Q2-64.02 V22.1 for LPRs, which came into effect on August 18, 2023. A Declaración de Conformidad (DoC) for technical standard ENACOM-Q2-64.02 V22.1 is requested for certification, and foreign reports will be accepted as long as they comply with limits communicated in technical standard ENACOM-Q2-64.02 V22.1.
