The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil has published Ato 13011 on September 1, 2023, which postpones again the enforcement of Ato 5159/2022. Power adapters used with cell phones may still be tested and evaluated by Ato 3481/2019 until April 18, 2024, at which point new tests for power adapters used with cell phones will be mandatory. Ato 13011 came into effect on September 4, 2023.
