On May 24, 2023, the governor of Minnesota signed HF 2310 into law. As part of the Environmental Omnibus bill it establishes lead and cadmium requirements for certain consumer products under section 24 – Lead and Cadmium in Consumer Products: Prohibition. These requirements become effective August 1, 2023.
