On April 14, 2023, TR RED UA, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine,issued new regulation where manufacturers should ensure that radio equipment is accompanied by instructions in Ukrainian language.

Asides of that, manufacturers must ensure that the instruction also fulfill below requirements：

1. Instructions shall include the information required to use radio equipment in accordance with its intended use, as well as any labelling, shall be clear, understandable and intelligible.

2. The following information shall also be included in the instruction in the case of radio equipment intentionally emitting radio waves:

• Frequency band(s) in which the radio equipment operates;

• Maximum radio-frequency power transmitted in the frequency band(s) in which the radio equipment operates.
