VN/ViệtnamOn 5 April 2023, the European Commission published Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/740 with new references of the harmonised standards under the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. This update affects standards EN 71-13. The new decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
