Recently, The BIO Innovation Service has published the final report of RoHS “Pack 23” on the “Study to assess requests for renewal of 12 exemptions Annex III of Directive 2011/65/EU", the delegated directive will be published in the Official Journal based on the recommendations of this assessment report.
