On 14 November 2015, European Union published amendment (EU) 2015/2030 to Regulation (EC) No 850/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on persistent organic pollutants. The SCCPs entry in Annex I is amended and it clarifies articles that contain SCCPs in concentrations lower than 0,15 % by weight are allowed to be placed on the market and used. These amendment shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Changes as below:
