The Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Servicios, y Vivienda (MOPSV) in Bolivia has published Resolución Ministerial No. 174 on September 9, 2022, which modifies the National Frequency Plan by designating the 3.3-3.6 GHz frequency bands for 5G mobile services. Equipment operating in these bands must go through the current type approval process.
