On August 2, 2022, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has published draft testing standards to provide different standards for different classes of telecommunication equipment.

The main points are as below:

2. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has now been included by PTA as an acceptable testing standards body for Telecommunication Equipment.
