On August 11, 2022, the National Communications Authority of Argentina (ENACOM)issued a nota to implement resolution ENACOM No. 854/2020 for both new approvals and renewals.

Starting from August 12, 2022, products have to be labeled as follows:

1. New Approvals: RAMATEL label must be implemented.

2. Renewals: Approved product has to be labelled with the RAMATEL mark instead of the CNC mark.

Photos of the old CNC label photo and a draft for the RAMATEL label must be provided for renewal procedures.
