L’Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunicationset des Postes (ARTP) of Senegal has published Décision No. 2002-004 which regulates short-range devices (SRD) by adding below frequency band:

• 24.05-24.5 GHz and 77-81 GHz frequency bands open for RTTT;

• 57-64 GHz frequency band allowed for non-specific applications;

• 6000-8500 MHz for non-specific applications, including UWB;

• More bands allowed for inductive applications;

• More bands for radiodetermination, TLPR, and TLP.
