On March 14, 2022, The Government of the Russian Federation published Resolution No. 353 which extends the validity of Certificates of Conformity (CoC) and Declarations of Conformity (DoC) for 12 months under condition that those certificates are to expire between March 14, 2022 and September 1, 2022. Manufacturers and importers will also have the right to import spare parts for repairs or component parts for products and machines manufactured in Russia without providing conformity assessment documents.
