The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Oman has opened public consultations on “TRA’s Internet of Things (IoT) Security Regulatory Framework” and “IoT Security Standard.” The proposed Security Framework and Standard were created in response to the increasing use of IoT technologies throughout Oman and aim to create a more secure national IoT environment. The consultations will be open for comments until January 15, 2022.
