On 15 November 2021, the Official Journal of the European Union has published Commission Delegated Directives (EU) 2021/1978, (EU) 2021/1979 and (EU) 2021/1980 to add four new phthalate exemptions in Annex IV under RoHS (Directive 2011/65/EU).
