VN/ViệtnamOn August 24, the Subsecretary of Information Technologies & Communications of Argentina releases a resolution 528/2021, which expanded the spectrum for Ku Band use in Argentina.
By resolution 528/2021, they authorized the use of this band on the following frequencies from now on: 17.7–31.0 GHz.
This allows an optimization of the use of the spectrum of satellite services, enabling high quality satellite broadband access in those geographical locations that are not covered by other providers.
Effective now, devices operating within this band could be approved on ENACOM. No local testing is required. Only usual documentation for type approvals and foreign reports (FCC or CE) will be needed.
