VN/ViệtnamOn June 8th , 2021, the Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil has passed Act 3939, which establishes the Operating Procedure for Approval of Telecommunications Product by Declaration of Conformity with Test Reports.
This Operating Procedure establishes the rules and documents for the conformity assessment of telecommunications products by the assessment model by Declaration of Conformity with Test Report, as provided in the Regulation for Conformity Assessment and Approval of Telecommunications Products and in the Reference List of Telecommunications Products. The DoC is applicable only for a few types of equipment according to Act 7280, such as: Broadcasting equipment, RF Power Amplifier for Earth Station, Satellite SMM Transceiver, Radar Transponder (SART) etc. but this will help us reduce time and cost in this products.
